Moshe Rotbart

Chairman

Moshe (Moses) Rotbart has a degree in accounting and economics and founded Rotbart-Remes-Yomtov Accounting Firm (previously M. Rotbart Accounting Firm) in 1975. Moshe advises SMEs and large corporations on accounting and tax issues, analyzes financial reports, and advises senior managers and business owners on financial matters and on how to grow their business. Moshe was born in Germany but moved with his family to Israel, where he still resides on the same plot of land his parents bought in 1949.

Joshua Rotbart

Founder and Managing Partner

Joshua Rotbart (LLM, MBA) is the Founder and Managing Partner of J. Rotbart & Co., a boutique bullion firm dedicated to providing tailored solutions for high-net-worth clients, investment firms, and financial institutions looking to buy, sell, ship, and store physical precious metals: gold, silver, platinum and palladium bars and coins. 

J. Rotbart & Co. also offers exchange services between digital assets and precious metals, and also operates a licensed money lending company offering clients to borrow funds using their precious metals assets as collateral. 

In 2010, Joshua, a lawyer by training, took on the role of managing the precious metals division of Malca-Amit Group of Companies – one of Asia’s largest vault operators, based out of Hong Kong and Singapore. 

In 2016, Joshua established J. Rotbart & Co., which has since facilitated over USD 2.5 billion in bullion transactions. The company now operates offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines and Israel, and offers secure storage in 14 storage locations spanning from North America to New Zealand. 

Joshua is a world-renowned expert on precious metals. His interviews have appeared in financial media such as Bloomberg, MSNBC, The Wall Street Journal, and Financial Times. He provides regular commentary to the South China Morning Post, Finews.Asia, Reuters and more. Joshua also speaks at many leading investment and industry conferences, including at the 2024 Dubai Precious Metals Conference.

Jonathan Rotbart

Director

Jonathan completed degrees in economics, business administration, international accounting, and finance at Bar-Ilan University in Ramat-Gan City, Israel. He then developed his skills as a Senior Analyst in valuations and as part of the business modeling team at Ernst & Young and then as a manager with Malca-Amit Far East before joining J. Rotbart & Co. He remains involved in various entrepreneurial gemstone and commodities projects across Asia.

Marco Au

Director of Operations

Marco Au holds a Bachelor’s degree, with honors, in bilingual studies from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His professional experience includes advising clients on wealth protection and investment in physical precious metals, coordinating events, and managing marketing projects. He oversees marketing and client relations for J. Rotbart & Co. in North Asia, mostly Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan, focusing on business development.

Zvika Rotbart

Director of Business Development

Zvika (Zack) Rotbart began working in the precious metals industry in 2017 when he joined the family-owned bullion house. Now, Zvika oversees business development in Southeast Asia for J. Rotbart & Co., dividing his time between Singapore and Manila. Along with opening the company’s Manila branch office and overseeing our Singapore activity, Zvika is promoting blockchain technology within the bullion industry, including the tokenization of physical gold.

Rayman LAI

Operations Manager

Rayman has more than 20 years in global shipping and supply chain management, and aims to develop the most efficient operational flow and enhance the financial position of daily operations. We understand the key component of business growth is running the physical movement around the world, distributing the right products to customers anywhere.

Rayman holds an MSC in Industrial Logistics Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a charter member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). Before joining J Rotbart, Rayman worked as an industrial leader in both World Known Shipping Line and Electronics Components Enterprises.

Patricia Camacho is the Head of Business Development for the Philippines of J. Rotbart & Co. She graduated from the University of the Philippines, and has worked in various industries ranging from Hospitality, Retail, Real Estate and finally Finance, where she has spent over 15 years servicing banks and high-net worth families and individuals through diversification of their portfolios. She continues to expand the Philippine market by assisting intermediaries and clients in growing their wealth in a haven with a secure physical commodity such as gold.

Richard Wang

Senior Business Development Manager

Richard Wang is a finance professional with a background in wealth management, commercial banking, and precious metals. After earning his Economics degree from the National University of Singapore, he began his career in compliance at UBS before moving to Citi, where he advised over 100 corporate clients across Greater China and consistently exceeded revenue targets. In 2025, he joined J. Rotbart & Co. in Singapore as a Senior Business Development Manager. In this role, Richard plays a key part in expanding the firm’s regional presence and delivering tailored precious metals investment and logistics solutions to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
