J. Rotbart & Co. welcomes individuals or entities such as companies, trusts, and foundations to open an account with us. Joint accounts are also available for family members and other relationships.
Our Account Opening Form clearly sets the terms and conditions for our precious metals services, including purchases, sales, secure storage, and transportation. It becomes the official contract between you and J. Rotbart & Co. upon signing.
We can take you through the whole process, which is free of charge and can be done remotely. There is no need for you to be physically present, even for our due diligence, which is to protect you and for us to comply with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism funding policies and regulations.
Once Know Your Client is conducted successfully, the client will be sent with an Account Opening Form.
Open a J. Rotbart & Co. account
Opening an account with us is an easy process. First, we conduct necessary due diligence.
Individuals submit:
• A two-page KYC form
• Copy of their passport or national ID
• Proof of bank account under their name
• Proof of residence
Companies, trusts, and foundations will be asked to submit additional documents.
We can complete our due diligence within eight hours after receiving all necessary documents.
Once our KYC check is successfully completed and cleared:
• Clients fill out an Account Opening Form.
• When we receive your completed and signed form, we will open your account
Clients can access our services immediately upon their accounts being activated.
Order your precious metals services
As soon as your account is opened, our services are immediately available to you. Buy, sell, store, transport – let us know what you need. Or we can arrange a consultation to help you plan and execute your own unique solution.
Buying precious metals is effortless. Just send a signed order form and wire us the funds. We finalize (“lock-in”) the actual purchase price of the precious metals when we receive the form and the funds. Any amount overpaid will be wired back to your account.
For shipping and storage transactions, we provide you a quotation based on the value of the goods, their weight, and the location where you wish to ship to or to store.
