Our Account Opening Form clearly sets the terms and conditions for our precious metals services, including purchases, sales, secure storage, and transportation. It becomes the official contract between you and J. Rotbart & Co. upon signing.
We can take you through the whole process, which is free of charge and can be done remotely. There is no need for you to be physically present, even for our due diligence, which is to protect you and for us to comply with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism funding policies and regulations.
Once Know Your Client is conducted successfully, the client will be sent with an Account Opening Form.
